Fairly clean hotel with absolutely friendly and excellent staff who provided wonderful service. The rooms are compact, good location. A lot of options, excellent food. The pool area is amazing too. Includes WiFi in all rooms. The venue of choice in Houston.

A double room with the bathroom and a king bed, as for instance was ready when we checked-in. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were a nice touch.

My room was good sized and the view of the Houston skyline and Memorial City was great! I had central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV in the room.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the incredibly friendly and excellent staff. The setting is good and perfect, near to shopping and area restaurants and center of all, comfortable area. Besides, we appreciated the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel:)))

Units with excellent refrigerator.

Location adjacent to Houston from Baton Rouge over Mardi Gras break and the gift shop on that Friday evening and a nice restaurant. Nearby State Fare - great place to chill out.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We loved the convenient parking and the fact that the hotel is connected to a mall, providing us with plenty of dining options. The walkway to the mall made it so easy for us to explore and enjoy the local area. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate for my daughter's birthday were such thoughtful touches. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful and absolutely fantastic hotel, I stayed here with my daughter. Got well-stocked room with the bathroom on the ceiling and a king bed, as example - always come in handy. The food was good and the location was fantastic. Shopping centers and gift stores were right next door.

The Westin Houston, Memorial City has top-notch facilities and amenities. The staff was welcoming and friendly. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the convenient location and the pet-friendly policy. I also enjoyed the high-quality breakfast and the excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on Clay Rd, and close to Olivia Greene. The hotel facilities are top-notch, especially the gym and pool. The gym has a great selection of standard resistance and cardio machines. The breakfast at the hotel was high quality and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable.
